At the consultation I was referred for a CT scan and to have blood tests. I warned them that I could not wait for the test results, and I was given a WhatsApp number, told to send the tests there, and then they would give me an explanation and a prescription. In the end the doctor says in voice messages: you don't have a hernia, but you have the initial stage of a hernia. I asked how to understand this, I asked her to explain in detail, because I need to understand what is wrong with me. I was sent to read on Google. At the beginning the doctor herself wrote that if something is unclear, ask. Then she said to come for an appointment again.

What kind of answer is this? Why should I install all the systems and for what, if I am not getting a clear explanation? Is it normal at all to send a patient to Google? DISGUSTING! For my own money I cannot get a clear answer. She says come for an appointment again. And why do I need a second appointment if they didn't give an answer at the first one? To get money, obviously. She also tries to convince me that I had a bacterial infection, but I haven't been ill for a long time, what infection could there be? She says something off the top of her head, she doesn't know herself.
