  Patient story

  I usually don't write reviews, but here I decided to leave one — maybe it will be useful to someone. The appointment with the doctor took me only about 5–10 minutes, everything happened very quickly.

  Disliked

  I didn't like the doctor. I got the impression that she was in a hurry to finish the appointment as quickly as possible: everything was very-very fast, I sat in the office for at most 5–10 minutes. After leaving the office, I wanted to book an appointment with a proper doctor, which I did. She doesn't explain what is wrong with me, what is causing the pain, she is not involved in the situation at all, asks a minimum of questions, hurries — just to get it over with. That was my first impression. I have something to compare with, that's why I wrote it.

  I was sitting in the queue and saw that the person in front of me waited 50 minutes past the appointed time for their appointment. It became clear to me that I would be seen an hour late.

  Disliked

  The doctor values neither their own nor other people's time. There were no apologies for the delay. I do not recommend this doctor.
