The appointment with the doctor took place, I was prescribed treatment, but it didn't help me. The doctor herself gave me her number and told me to call if I had any questions.

The treatment didn't help, and after the appointment the doctor didn't answer my calls, even though she gave me the number herself and asked me to call with any questions. The examination also left much to be desired. I wouldn't recommend either the doctor or the medical centre.

The appointment with the doctor took place, the booking was for 12:00. Ahead of me in the queue were young women aged 25-30. We asked them to let an elderly man of 70 with a blood pressure of 197/130 go ahead.

Complaints about the receptionist. The young women in the queue refused to let an elderly sick person go ahead. When we approached the reception desk, they replied: who told you that elderly people go without queuing, and that the clinic has nothing to do with the Doc.kz website. The service at the medical centre is extremely unsatisfactory. This remark does not apply to the doctor.
