I came for an appointment because of neck pain, there is a hernia there. I told the doctor that I used to do sports and had many injuries. I myself have been doing therapeutic exercise for many years and I know what can and cannot be done.
Disliked
The doctor did many twists, which are harmful. Now, besides my neck, other old injuries that had not bothered me for a long time are hurting. And about the hernia the doctor stated that it cannot hurt at all, although it causes pain. Money down the drain and even more problems.
