My husband brought my grandmother to an appointment. We went to slightly the wrong place where we needed to go.

The doctor didn't turn us away, but gave us a full appointment, and at the same time didn't take any money and told us where we should go. She is a doctor with a capital D, thank her for her humanity.

The doctor didn't take any money from me and referred me to a physician — for me that's a huge indicator of a doctor's integrity. Despite that, she discussed my questions with me. I adore doctors of that generation.

The doctor doesn't let me get a word in, interrupts, imposes her own opinion and doesn't listen to me. I talk to her, but she doesn't hear me. It's irritating.

We came for the appointment, and the doctor listened to us very attentively. We unexpectedly found out about the diagnosis when taking laboratory tests, and the doctor reassured us. He recommended undergoing additional examinations. He also said that if necessary we could contact him to receive treatment and consultation online in the future, as we live in Canada.
