I came for an appointment because of chest pain. They did an ultrasound of my uterus, and at first they said everything was clear, there was nothing. After the prescribed treatment for mastopathy, a cyst appeared straight away. The doctor also said that I don't ovulate and that this needed treatment. I was hysterical, I didn't want to live. In two months I gave away more than 150,000 tenge and shed so many tears. When I came to her to say everything I wanted, she said I had to pay 5,000 for the appointment. I had to pay in order to speak my mind.

The doctor said there was no ovulation and that treatment was necessary, because of which I had a hysterical fit, I no longer wanted to live. I gave away more than 150,000 tenge in 2 months and so many tears. When I came to say everything, she demanded I pay 5,000 for the appointment so that I could speak my mind. I had to pay. Never setting foot in this Emirmed again.

I had to look for the doctor from office to office, and when I found her, she was eating at the time. I waited, then I was sent for an ultrasound, and my complaints were heard very sparingly. After the ultrasound I again had to look for the doctor.

They didn't explain my diagnosis to me, they said I needed to have no end of additional tests. At least they could have explained the diagnosis! So that I wouldn't have to read and look for information on the internet myself.
