I came for an appointment with a proctologist, but the examination was done carelessly. After that I went to another doctor at the same clinic — there I was properly examined, right up to anoscopy, everything was explained to me and they performed the operation, now I'm on the mend.

This is just a mockery: the doctor took a cursory look, didn't really say anything. Is that how a proctologist conducts an examination — I have something to compare with. I don't recommend this doctor, a waste of money and time.

Before the appointment the doctor himself went into the medical database, looked at all the test results and referrals, and already knew everything about us by the time of the appointment. This is a young modern doctor, he carefully examined mum and studied her medical history.

I was treated by this doctor myself and did not know that he also works with children, otherwise I would not have wasted time. I took my son to other specialists until he was 6: the head would not open, there was constant redness, but everyone said it needed to be opened by ourselves. Blood was found in the urine test, the ultrasound showed normal, and I started looking for a doctor because I no longer wanted to go to the previous ones. He examined my son and said it should have been opened at the age of 2, and offered to open it right now. He opened it in less than a minute, carefully, performing a whole lot of manipulations. He applied ointment and prescribed treatment. We came again, he checked how it was healing. My son was in pain, yes, but more from the surprise and fright, and there was a drop of blood.
