I came for an appointment with the urologist Prokofiev Aleksandr Yuryevich, and this visit turned out to be absolutely useless. There was no examination as such at all, it all came down only to the fact that I was given referrals for expensive tests, and specifically at this clinic.
Disliked
This doctor is not a doctor, but simply a secretary who sits and writes out referrals for expensive tests. It is not worth booking an appointment with him — it is a waste of money and time. He is completely uninterested neither in me nor in the treatment, he does not explain anything properly. The impression is as if a car park security guard is sitting in his place while the real doctor has stepped out of the office. When he delivered his signature phrase: "Well, and with what means am I supposed to treat you?" — I simply got up and walked out of the office. This is the most unprofessional doctor I have ever met in my life.

The appointment went excellently. The doctor explained the situation to me clearly and accessibly, answered all my questions and told me in detail about the treatment plan. I was given clear recommendations and prescriptions. The treatment was successful.

I booked an appointment with a surgeon, but in fact it turned out to be a urologist — why deceive people like that. I was referred to another surgeon, and he received me very rudely, made me stand in the queue again and sent me for an ultrasound. The sonographer was surprised by the diagnosis, which was not confirmed, and I had to queue three times. In the end, the doctor prescribed old medications that have long been unavailable in any pharmacy, and the pharmacists laughed at this. I asked for a meeting with the head of the department, but he was not there, nor was the head doctor or the chief physician.

Deception with the appointment — instead of a surgeon it turned out to be a urologist. A rude appointment with another surgeon, the queue again, a referral for an ultrasound, the diagnosis was not confirmed, I had to stand in the queue three times. They prescribed old medications that are not available in any pharmacy, the pharmacists laughed. There is no getting a meeting with the head of the department, and the head doctor or chief physician is not there either. The organisation is at a very low level, I do not recommend Emirmed on Rozybakiev: only the building is decent, but the service is disgusting.

I was treated by this doctor, and the whole treatment was wrong. When the ovary became the size of an ostrich egg and the temperature rose, the doctor said to come tomorrow. I was immediately hospitalised, taken straight into surgery and told how I had let it get to this. I already had a full-blown abscess, they almost removed the ovary — I would have been left without children. I paid around 250 thousand at his clinic. If you write on WhatsApp — he never answers, at best: I am off, come tomorrow.

The doctor is terrible and absolutely irresponsible. He treated me incorrectly. When things got really bad, he took no measures and just told me to come tomorrow. Because of this I was hospitalised and immediately operated on, they almost removed the ovary, I could have been left without children. He apparently did not take the Hippocratic oath, but one to the shaitan. He does not answer messages on WhatsApp, he only says: I am off, come tomorrow. May you meet only people like yourself, and may everything come to you tomorrow too, Sashok!

I came for an appointment with Aleksandr Yuryevich. Before that I had read reviews about him. He immediately told me how things stood with my health and recommended surgery. I decided to trust him.
Liked
The doctor tells the real state of your health. After the surgery I feel great. The fact that he seems "sad" at first glance is because he worries about his patients. I did not come to a circus to have people smile at me with a wide grin and cheer me up. I came to a specialist to hear the real state of things regarding my health. I recommend Yuryevich. Thank you.

The appointment went in such a way that the doctor did not even properly examine me, but immediately began insisting on surgery. The consultation was conducted with such an air as if he were doing me a favour.

I came to the appointment with severe pain. The doctor just took one look and immediately stated that I needed to be cut open — from my impression, he simply wanted to push the procedure. But in fact, as it turned out, the inflammation first needed to be relieved. I left disappointed and went to another clinic.

Patient story
I came to the appointment with kidney stones. The doctor immediately referred me for surgery without prescribing any other examinations. In the conclusion after reviewing the CT scan that had been done before the appointment, he incorrectly indicated where the stones were located. There was no examination. The appointment took about 5 minutes and looked like this: "Hello! Do you have stones? You need surgery." I had to go to another clinic, undergo an examination and get proper treatment.
Disliked
The doctor immediately sent me for surgery without prescribing additional examinations. In the conclusion based on the CT scan he wrote incorrect information about the location of the stones. He did not even examine me. The appointment lasted only about 5 minutes. Not a single doctor afterwards confirmed that urgent surgery was needed.
