I booked an appointment online at Emirmed on Nusupbekova, 26/1 in Almaty and arrived 15 minutes before the appointed time.
Disliked
My visit left an unpleasant aftertaste. Because online booking and a walk-in queue exist at the same time, a conflict arose between the patients. When I tried to go in to the doctor at the appointed time, the patients from the walk-in queue started insulting me. Instead of helping to resolve the conflict, the doctor Prolubshchikova Yu.M. behaved passively-aggressively and pretended not to know about the online booking, completely ignoring it. If your time and nerves matter to you, before visiting this facility make sure that your online booking is actually confirmed.
