I booked an appointment because I saw many good reviews. But the impression from the visit turned out to be very bad.
Disliked
The doctor did not make me feel at ease at all: he asked tactless questions and spoke about his personal opinion regarding various life situations, it even came to direct words that I myself was to blame for what had happened. What struck me especially was that there was neither empathy nor tact — and for a psychotherapist this is very important. After the appointment there was neither a feeling of support nor a sense that they were really trying to understand me. I do not recommend.

We had an appointment with Dr Rakhmanova Gulchekhra Abenovna with my 16-year-old son. The appointment started on time, without delays. The doctor carefully examined the child, thoroughly assessed him, including his back, and helped us understand what had caused the problems. She explained everything in detail and prescribed appropriate treatment.

We really liked that the doctor was attentive to the child, explained everything and selected competent treatment. The appointment ran exactly on time, without delays. My son is 16, and he was able to speak openly with the doctor — this is very important to us. We had been looking for a good specialist for a long time and are glad that we found this particular doctor. We hope that the treatment will be successful and that there will be no complications. We will definitely come back to her for a follow-up appointment.
