Patient story
We had an appointment with Dr Rakhmanova Gulchekhra Abenovna with my 16-year-old son. The appointment started on time, without delays. The doctor carefully examined the child, thoroughly assessed him, including his back, and helped us understand what had caused the problems. She explained everything in detail and prescribed appropriate treatment.

We really liked that the doctor was attentive to the child, explained everything and selected competent treatment. The appointment ran exactly on time, without delays. My son is 16, and he was able to speak openly with the doctor — this is very important to us. We had been looking for a good specialist for a long time and are glad that we found this particular doctor. We hope that the treatment will be successful and that there will be no complications. We will definitely come back to her for a follow-up appointment.

Patient story
We had an appointment with Rakhmanova Gulchekhra Abenovna. We were greeted well, she spoke politely and listened. She also examined the child unhurriedly using her own methods, identified the problem, prescribed the necessary diagnostics and tests, and wrote out the medications.

My daughter and I came today for a consultation with the psychotherapist Gulchekhra Abenovna. First the doctor talked with my daughter, then with me, explained everything, gave advice and prescribed treatment.
Liked
The doctor greeted us very warmly and immediately inspired trust. You can tell that she has been working with teenagers for a long time and understands their problems. She listened to my daughter, explained everything to me, gave recommendations and treatment. I was very pleased with the appointment, I hope that with her help we will cope with our situation. I am very grateful to Gulchekhra Abenovna for her sensitive attitude towards the patient and her advice, she is a true professional. We will continue to see her.

We came for an appointment with the doctor Rakhmanova Gulchekhra Abenovna at the Salus clinic. The appointment was slightly delayed because the first patient was late.

Overall we liked it: I would give it 9 out of 10. The doctor was kind, responsive and attentive — for us this is very important. The appointment was comfortable and professional, I can recommend both the clinic and this specialist.

I had an appointment, and I didn't like it. The appointment started with a delay.
Disliked
The doctor talked more about her personal situation than she asked the patient. I was sitting nearby and noticed that she paid more attention to herself than to his condition, although I cannot judge for the patient himself. My rating of the appointment is five out of ten.
