I had an appointment with the doctor, and at the first visit she explained everything well. I was prescribed procedures, and I went for them for 5 days. 3 days after the procedures ended, I came to say that the treatment had not helped and that something else was needed, but I did not find the doctor, as she had already gone on leave. Then I went to other ENT doctors, but they said nothing clear, and at reception I was asked to pay for a repeat appointment. In the end I was cured by another specialist in another clinic, and in a week at Emirmed I wasted about 120,000 tenge.

She treated me in a somewhat formulaic way. The procedures for 5 days did not help, and when I came to report this 3 days after they ended, the doctor was already on leave. I will never set foot in the Emirmed clinic again: the impression of the staff — from reception to the doctors (the other ENT doctors said nothing sensible, and at reception they even asked me to pay for a repeat appointment) — is such that only the money and the flow of clients matter to them. It is very upsetting that I spent about 120,000 tenge in a week, and in the end they did not cure me and did not see the treatment through to the end.
