My 5-year-old daughter had purulent fluid in her ears. We had treatment for 9 days, including paid treatment, with a paediatric ENT specialist. After 9 days I was told that a puncture was needed, but I did not want my daughter to have a puncture. We came to Manasa 53, Emir Med, to Zulfiya Rakhmanovna.

Zulfiya Rakhmanovna is very competent, knows her work, is pleasant, talks to children well, pleasantly, everything is just great, thank her. She gave prescriptions for 5 days. We have been going for 3 days now — there is no fluid, no pus. We will go for another 2 days, since it is still slightly reddish, but otherwise everything is good. Competent, educated, and most importantly, she speaks politely, and for that a huge thank you.
