Today I accidentally found the dog.kz clinic on the internet and booked an appointment with a neurosurgeon for 16:00. Literally 37 seconds later the phone rang, I picked up, and the surgeon himself answered all my questions in a couple of minutes: what to bring with me, which documents — in general, everything. He also gave me time for an MRI and tests and even asked what time to schedule my appointment.

The appointment was with Almas Bolatbekovich: on the MRI disc of the lower back they showed and explained to me in detail exactly where it is pinched and why it hurts. A blockade was administered, and the pain went away immediately — I was able to straighten up and walk normally. I will continue the further treatment.
