I came for an appointment with the doctor, but they said that this was not their profile and referred me to another specialist. This was the first appointment at which I was redirected.
Disliked
I do not understand why a pensioner was charged 12,000 tenge for an appointment that essentially did not happen. I received no prescriptions or treatment, only a referral to another doctor.
