Patient story
We got to the appointment exactly at the appointed time, there was no delay. I can't say anything about the result yet, because treatment was not started straight away.
Disliked
But I was left with an unpleasant aftertaste from the appointment itself. I got the feeling that respect for the patient depends on how much the appointment costs. There was a sense of arrogance. We put this down to the doctor's mood and character. I should note that we came with a discount from the website. Next time I will choose another doctor.

I want to say a big thank you to her for her professionalism and attentive attitude. Everything was explained to me in detail, treatment was prescribed, and all my questions were answered. She is a very knowledgeable and friendly specialist. I recommend her!

The appointment took place at lunchtime, and the doctor examined me wearily. She looked at the child's hand with a phone torch, and there was no other examination — I only showed that one hand.
Disliked
There was neither a lamp nor a proper examination. The doctor kept sighing, answered questions reluctantly, and everything had to be begged for — it's unclear which of us was the doctor. I don't recommend going here, we'd better go somewhere else. A waste of time.
