We booked an appointment with the doctor for 10:00. My child is small, and he cannot sit in a queue.
At 10:00 a man ran into the office, supposedly he needed it quickly, he seemed to be arranging a sick note, and the doctor silently saw him without a queue and without an appointment. For me this was terrible on the doctor's part and in general in principle. I formed a very bad impression of the doctor, and after all this I no longer wanted to go in for the appointment.
