I had an appointment with Roza Kapsalyamovna, and she diagnosed me and prescribed treatment. Before that, my little sister and my daughter had been treated by her.

The doctor is very competent, experienced and professional — there are only a few like her nowadays. She is very decent, without a "crown" on her head, and genuinely helps people. Nowadays medicine has turned into a business, but here everything is free. Many thanks.

I was referred from the district polyclinic with a referral to the City Clinical Hospital for Infectious Diseases; in the admissions department they booked me in at short notice to see Dr Asenova R.K. free of charge. The doctor is modest and a professional specialist; at first glance she identified the diagnosis and issued referrals for tests and an ultrasound. Later, based on the results, she sent me to the day hospital, where another doctor, Akhmetova D.M. (also a very pleasant, attentive young doctor), prescribed treatment. Everything is free, under the OSMS!

The services were provided accurately and carefully, the nurses in the treatment room know their job well, and they gave the injections completely painlessly and without bruising. Thank you, Zhadyra and the others (sorry, I did not ask everyone's name). Overall, only a positive impression was left. Most importantly, I saw for myself that insurance works — I did not pay a single penny for treatment, everything is as in the good old Soviet times — for people and with care for people!

I had read a lot of reviews and came with a combative attitude, but that turned out to be unnecessary. I was seen by Dr Asenova R.K.: she examined me, made prescriptions, reassured me and referred me for a scraping. The scraping was also done by quite normal, polite staff.
