I was a little disappointed that the head images, which are usually taken at the first appointment for hair problems and given to the patient, were not given to me. The doctor examined the images herself and drew conclusions, but they were not given to me, and this was inconvenient, because I would like to have the opportunity to show these images to other specialists if necessary. Overall I give a rating of 8 out of 10.

I waited 15 minutes for the appointment. The time with the doctor passed very quickly. I was afraid of injections, especially in the head, but it turned out not scary at all. The doctor explained everything clearly and, most importantly, calmed me down, because everyone comes with the fear "what if I go bald". I calmed down so much that I let go of a worry that had lasted 3 months, and regretted not coming earlier. Today I am adding to my comments: at the 3rd mesotherapy session I saw that the alopecia areas had started to grow over, 5 of them, and I had come with a severe form.

I came for an initial appointment with the doctor, was a little late due to traffic jams. When I got there, the doctor was having lunch and asked me to wait another 3 minutes. I already had my test results ready, and treatment was prescribed to me just by looking at them.

The doctor talked a lot of unnecessary things about other patients, but never addressed our problem. She did not even see that the patient had a chemical burn. I am extremely outraged by this doctor and demand a refund for the appointment.
