  The appointment went wonderfully. The doctor examined me very thoroughly and in detail, attentively and humanely, trying to understand what had caused my ailment, as if he himself had felt my condition.

  Patient story

  For several years I had a lump on my back, it grew and spoiled my appearance. At the appointment the doctor immediately diagnosed an atheroma and suggested removing it surgically. He removed it in 20 minutes, without pain, took out the capsule and showed it to me, and stitched the wound with cosmetic sutures.

  The appointment was quick. The doctor lanced a boil in the middle ear, wrote out a prescription for antibiotics and gave detailed recommendations for treatment.
