I am the mother of a 7-year-old disabled child, and we were sitting at the appointment while the doctor was called out twice for an examination.
Disliked
The doctor was distracted by outsiders from the administration, although this is unacceptable during an appointment. I paid 6,000 tenge, the appointment is not free, so the child should be seen properly. And another thing: disabled children were not given a 20 per cent discount.
