In the end, I was operated on by doctor Kim Olga Yuryevna. After the removal of the lipomas, I came to show the condition of the suture and to have the drain removed, even though it was my day off and I had travelled across the whole city.

The doctor performs operations excellently — after the removal of the lipomas I didn't even have any bruises. He applies sutures perfectly.

What I didn't like was that on my day off I had to travel across the whole city just to show the stitch after the operation and have the drain removed. I did 90% of it myself, and the dressing material was mine. The nurse just looked and stuck my own plaster back on. It all took 1 minute, and when I was leaving, the administrator said I owed 7 thousand tenge. I objected: the first dressing change after surgery should be free, especially since I did everything myself and just showed the stitch. If I had known in advance that it would be 1.5 hours of travel and 7 thousand tenge, I would have just sent a photo to the doctor and done everything myself. In the end I paid and said I would never come to this clinic again. I later removed the stitches myself. The doctor is excellent, but the approach to the client is not.
