I came for an appointment, they immediately did an ultrasound of the vessels, gave recommendations and prescribed treatment.

The doctor is excellent, I was satisfied and I recommend him. The clinic has beautiful fish in an aquarium.

The clinic is disorganised: I had to wait about 15 minutes for the appointment, for some people this may be critical. I was off work, I was not in a hurry, but I noticed this feature of the clinic.

I would like to thank the clinic staff separately — everyone is very friendly and polite, everywhere is clean and tidy. I would especially like to mention the doctor Tursunai Abdurashitovna: I am immensely grateful to her for her approach to people and for the correctly chosen treatment regimen. All the medicines are very cheap, but the effect is excellent — 10 days of treatment helped avoid the most terrible consequences for me. I also want to thank the ultrasound specialist. Feel free to book with any doctor at this clinic — all the experienced doctors are right there.

I have consulted this doctor several times: first with my 8-year-old son about an anal fissure, then with my 18-year-old daughter because of a haemorrhoid, and now I came for an appointment myself.

The doctor is wonderful! During the appointment she behaves very calmly, gives the right psychological attitude, does not intimidate. The examination is very careful. I was prescribed adequate treatment, and it helped! I hope the problem never comes back. I recommend the doctor!

I came to the clinic; at the entrance the administrators were not smiling, though maybe they don't have to. But they didn't even register my details: they didn't ask for the child's full name or the parents' contact information. Instead, they were counting the cash register right in front of the visitors. After the appointment they simply took payment, again without clarifying any details. I can't say anything about the prescribed treatment yet — during the appointment her advice seemed very strange to me, so I will go to other doctors as well for comparison. But I did decide to buy the vitamins after all; I stopped by the pharmacy, and there they couldn't make out the doctor's handwriting. I called the contact number I had called before to check whether the clinic was definitely open, since 2GIS showed it as closed. They told me to send a photo of the prescription on WhatsApp and they would clarify. I did so. But the reply came only the next morning, and with indignation: as if to say, you have the doctor's number, write to her directly. Even though they themselves had asked me yesterday to send it to them. This is a quiet horror. And yes, their aquarium doesn't save it at all.

This is not the first time I have come to Tursunai Abdrashitovna. I was under her care during my pregnancy, and now my daughter and I have a check-up with her every year.

She is very attentive, sensitive and caring. My husband and I thoroughly examined our daughter and had an ultrasound done. It is noticeable that she has no desire to earn as much as possible from patients.

I came for an appointment with Dr Salikhova G. She listened to me attentively — both my complaints and the history of the illness, conducted an examination and performed an ultrasound. Then she called two more colleagues, and together we sorted out all my problems: they made the correct diagnosis and prescribed suitable treatment.
