I had an appointment with a surgeon, they lanced a boil for me.

The doctor is competent, and he also gives his phone number — in my opinion, that's a big plus, you can write if you have any questions.
Disliked
It was painful: the boil was lanced very abruptly and without warning, which is unpleasant. Later I found out that other surgeons act more gently in such cases. I also didn't like that the treatment was prescribed without explaining what and why, and at that moment I was too confused to ask.

We chose the clinic based on reviews; everyone praised it very highly, so we decided to trust it and came to have the child examined. The appointment lasted about 10-15 minutes, and we learned nothing of value during it. We were prescribed medications which, as it later turned out at another clinic, were completely unnecessary for us. We were also sent for something like an X-ray at another hospital, but there they said they do not accept children. I myself looked for other hospitals where this could be done, but everyone refused. When we wrote on WhatsApp to Tursunai Abdurashitovna that we had not been accepted and asked what to do next, I never received a reply. The very next day after the appointment we went to another clinic, where we received the necessary help.
