I went to this doctor, and at first he made a good impression on me. He ordered several expensive tests. After he made a diagnosis and I completed the treatment, it did not help, and I came again. Then the doctor finally realised that he had forgotten to order one more test. He again prescribed an antibiotic, I took antibiotics for 30 days, my liver started to hurt, and all the symptoms returned after taking the antibiotic. In the end, I did not complete the treatment, and on top of that my liver was damaged. He also prescribed physiotherapy procedures, but in his doctor's report he did not include these procedures, he just said verbally that I needed to come. Also, the doctor works 24-hour shifts, but always says to come before 00:00, because after that he simply closes, although the call centre claims that the doctor works until morning. The appointments are not cheap, but the attitude is as if I had gone to a free polyclinic.

Then I had tests done at another clinic — no prostate was found, the test was negative. I noticed that many people undergo the prostate massage procedure, very many. Although I came for a completely different matter.

The doctor was very focused on the prostate diagnosis, each session, as he told me, costs 5 thousand tenge. Overall at Emir Med the service is very much zero, and the diagnoses are wrong. Maybe this branch is not the right one.
