I had an appointment with Zinura when the disease worsened. She gave me clear explanations, suggested treatment methods and answered all my questions, of which there were many, since I am not a specialist. We decided to have surgery and settled on an outpatient procedure, which passed almost unnoticed. During the operation, all the manipulations were explained to me, which I, of course, could not see, but it was much easier for me knowing what was happening. Now the rehabilitation period is taking place under Zinura's supervision, and I am recovering.

I was seen by Zinura Kydyrbayevna — a young doctor, but at the same time very knowledgeable and attentive. She explains why each test is needed and what its results showed, everything to the point, without prescriptions whose purpose is unclear. She selects treatment for the individual person, not at random and not according to one common scheme for everyone. This is, one could say, a new approach and modern knowledge.
