I have been under care at this centre for more than a year now, and now I bring my children here too. I immediately liked the way the therapist Lyudmila Borisovna treats people.

She is very attentive, kind and sympathetic, and there was never any doubt about her professionalism — you can see at once that she is an experienced doctor. I had problems with my stomach and with my heart, my children were often ill, but after treatment with her they got much better! I began to believe in doctors again. If you are looking for a good family doctor, I highly recommend her!

The appointment with Dr Saparova left me with painful memories. We had tests for all infections, and she said that my child had been found to have hepatitis C. She told us to repeat a more detailed test and again named a large sum. I did not understand how a healthy child of healthy parents could have hepatitis C, if it is transmitted only through blood. The next day we repeated the test in another laboratory, and the result was negative.
Disliked
It immediately seemed to me that this clinic makes money on tests. After the doctor's words about hepatitis C and the repeat tests for a large sum, I realised that this was simply money-pumping. God is her judge.

The appointment was with a general physician whom I chose on the advice of acquaintances, and not by the centre. It turned out that Dr Saparova is also a paediatrician, so I have finally found a family doctor.

I want to thank the general physician! I urge everyone not to be sparing with kind words for competent specialists who know their business. I am very glad that I ended up with Dr Saparova: no matter which member of our family I bring to her with another health problem, we are always satisfied with the treatment, and with other doctors that rarely happens.

The appointment took place with the hepatologist Saparova Lyudmila, the money was taken in advance.
Disliked
The doctor treats patients terribly: she did not give proper time, did not even look at the tests, did not ask what hurt and what was bothering me, and immediately prescribed treatment. The service is terrible, in a free polyclinic it is better.

Unfortunately, that is how it is: those who have health problems are forever looking for something to blame the doctor for, see a catch in everything, fancy themselves all-knowing professors of medicine, as if they understand illnesses better than an experienced doctor. I admit, I myself was one of them, but my mother's health was far more important to me than my opinion of our doctors.

I have been under Saparova's care for several years now and have never once doubted her professionalism.
Liked
Saparova is a professional, I have no doubts about her. I understand that measuring blood pressure is a standard procedure, in medicine everything is interconnected. It is upsetting to read all this nonsense. Grateful patients, unfortunately, rarely write comments.
Disliked
People go to see a doctor initially with distrust, pour out dirt, although it is easier to understand that these are standard procedures. Patients put their own knowledge of medicine above and, before even receiving treatment, start writing negativity on the internet.
