I came for an appointment, and during the examination the doctor took my tests without warning me or asking. Then she simply presented me with the fact that they were paid and I needed to pay more than 10 thousand tenge at the cash desk. She kept all my examination results and told me to come back after payment. I paid, came back, and collected the results. I was offered surgery for 350 thousand tenge at their clinic. I refused both the surgery and any further visits there. And when I saw another doctor, it turned out that everything was not so serious: simple observation was enough, and no surgery was needed at the moment.

And another doctor said that everything was not so serious and surgery was not required at the moment, observation was enough.
