I went with my daughter to a gynaecologist named Gulmira Baltabekovna. My daughter is 1 year 8 months old, she had discharge. I showed a photo in advance, but the doctor does not know how to conduct an appointment properly, she immediately started being rude, did not want to examine her. She pushed the phone out of my hand and said not to show it. I had tests done, for 12 thousand, the appointment 7 thousand, in total 19 thousand was spent. The first test was ready in 2 hours, the second after 6 days. I sent both to WhatsApp. When I asked for treatment, she said come, I will explain at length. When I said I would not come and asked her to write out the treatment, she blocked me on WhatsApp. After that I filed a complaint and received treatment from another doctor, the head doctor got in touch and sent the treatment.

I did not like this doctor, I would not recommend her to anyone. She does not know how to conduct an appointment properly, she was rude, she did not want to look at me. I came with a problem, but I could not get any answer. She did not try to understand my condition, she only told me to take tests. I spent 19 thousand tenge, but in the end I did not receive treatment. She blocked me on WhatsApp. In my opinion, she cannot work with children. I came from a faraway village after reading reviews that she was a good doctor, but my expectations did not match reality. I came with 2 problems, and I went home without getting an answer to even 1.
