The appointment went well: the doctor listened to me and explained everything clearly, without unnecessary prescriptions. I was referred for an ultrasound, and based on its results a prescription was made. They fully explained to me what the ultrasound showed, everything was clarified. The doctor also went through all the points of her recommendations and gave explanations on them.

I came for an appointment with the gynaecologist Gulmira Baltabekovna Sarsenova. First she asked what was bothering me, listened attentively, then referred me for the necessary ultrasound and came herself to observe the process. After the ultrasound I went back up to her, and she explained everything in detail.
