The appointment took place, but an unpleasant aftertaste remained. The doctor made an incorrect diagnosis and persistently tried to insist that I had sinusitis, although my complaints were of hoarseness of the voice. I compared my CT scan of the nasal sinuses with other doctors, and they all said there were no symptoms of sinusitis, and I had no complaints about my nose either. Antibiotics were prescribed straight away, without a bacterial culture.
Disliked
Incorrect diagnosis, insistence on sinusitis despite complaints of hoarseness of the voice, prescription of antibiotics without a bacterial culture. In short, I do not recommend.

There are many doctors in Almaty, but this is the first time I have met someone like her: she knows her work perfectly, gets on well with the patient and, most importantly, explains things clearly to the parent.
