At the appointment I was told that 30 minutes were allocated for it, but the examination took only 3 minutes — the doctor checked my nose, throat and ears, asked what I was complaining about, and based the diagnosis on what I said. I wanted to get more information or have some kind of test, but the doctor said what I already knew. She also said that within 5 days I could come for an appointment, she would just take a look and say whether the treatment needed to be continued. When I came on the fifth day, she didn't even recognise me, even though not much time had passed. She started writing out a prescription and said she would charge 4,000 tg, I was indignant, because at the previous appointment the doctor had said that within 5 days the appointment would be free. Then she didn't print anything out and said that in that case she wouldn't prescribe anything.
