Patient story
I came to the appointment complaining of a rash and itching after giving birth. The doctor examined me in a semi-dark consulting room with poor lighting and confidently declared that it was scabies, saying that I had picked up a scabies mite in the maternity hospital. Then she sat down at the desk, picked up her phone and started searching the internet for what to prescribe me, considering that I was breastfeeding. I asked about tests, to which she replied that everything was visible anyway. I was indignant, I was given a refund, and the same day I went to another dermatologist, who said that it was an allergic reaction. The next day I went to the skin and venereal disease dispensary, and there they confirmed that it was an allergy.

I was very upset by the appointment, the doctor is very incompetent. All of this is extremely unprofessional.

Patient story
The appointment with this dermatologist took place, but the impression left was very bad. I was immediately sent for tests, even though I said I already had them, and in the end the money was wasted. For most of the appointment the doctor kept saying that the cause of my problems was in my stomach, and in the end no treatment was prescribed for me, they told me to go to a gastroenterologist. The doctor also, without my consent, booked me for a follow-up appointment, without asking whether I would come, and without taking my work schedule into account.
Disliked
The doctor didn't even examine my skin, even though I was wearing large glasses that covered half of my face. I was immediately sent for tests, which, as I said straight away, I had already had, and the money was wasted. For most of the appointment the doctor insisted that the cause was my stomach, even though it has hurt since birth, and the skin problems appeared only recently. No treatment was prescribed, they told me to go to a gastroenterologist, even though I had already completed a course of treatment and told them about it. The doctor also booked me in for a follow-up appointment without my consent, without checking whether I intended to come, and without consulting my work schedule. The visit turned out to be absolutely useless.
