We came for an appointment to rule out a rheumatic disease. We already had all the tests, as well as CT and MRI scans, in hand, because we had done them while looking for the main cause of my child's leg condition. The doctor immediately concluded that it was not a rheumatic disease.

I want to write not about the doctor herself, but about the girl at the reception. The doctor was delayed because of traffic jams, and during that time my child was fussy.

I give the girl at reception 100 points out of 10, a huge thank you to her — she is very pleasant. She helped me calm my child down: gave him sweets, put cartoons on. A very good woman, I wish her good health. I wish there were more such responsive people in all areas.

We have been consulting Zemfira Salavatovna since 2023, and were in hospital under her supervision. We came for the appointment straight away with the test results, she examined the child and said that for now she would not say anything specific — a full examination is needed, there is a suspicion of juvenile rheumatoid arthritis. Now we go only to her twice a year. The child is undergoing treatment, there are improvements.
