We also booked an appointment at this clinic a month in advance, but a few days before the appointment they did not call us to remind us. I barely found the clinic on the internet and contacted them myself. While we were waiting in line, a young mother with a newborn baby was waiting for the doctor, the appointment time had come, the money had been paid.

I did not like that when booking by phone I was told one price for the appointment — 5000tg, but when I came to the clinic, it turned out to be 6000tg. The administrators explained this by saying that on that day a trainee was booking me in.
