I had an appointment with the physician Savenko Galina Mikhaylovna and I am very glad to have met her. Now my whole family goes to her: she helped my husband, my mother and me.

Galina Mikhaylovna is the best physician. She takes a comprehensive approach and considers all the delicate characteristics of each person. Finally someone has taken me under full care. I spent so many years looking for a proper professional physician. Galina Mikhaylovna is very intelligent and responsive. I recommend her!

An appointment with the physician Savenko drags on for a very long time — half an hour, or even an hour.
Disliked
Although the doctor doesn't do anything special, all the time goes only on typing on the computer. In the walk-in queue you have to sit for an hour, or even two — it's awful. At the reception they don't book appointments, they always say it's better to go in the walk-in queue.

We went with my mum to the physician Savenko Galina Mikhailovna at the Sana Medical Centre on Gagarina-Utepova. My mum had simple bronchitis and a high temperature. The doctor prescribed AUGMENTIN. We trusted her because she has 30 years of experience and looks serious. After 6 days of a high temperature, my mum developed heart failure due to respiratory failure. They did an X-ray, which showed bronchopneumonia. We called Galina Mikhailovna, but she started answering rudely, getting worked up, saying she knew more than all of us, that we had bronchitis and to treat it with our little Augmentin. We were already afraid to ask anything, there was aggression to everything. In the end we found another physician, she confirmed bronchopneumonia, prescribed proper treatment — injections and drips, and my mum started to recover.
Disliked
Never ever consult Savenko Galina Mikhaylovna! Because of her prescription and attitude, my mother developed heart failure, and she answered calls rudely and aggressively; we were afraid to ask anything.
