I booked an appointment with a urologist for 12:30, but the appointment only started at 13:45. The doctor didn't even look at me, stared at the receipt and said I needed to see an endocrinologist, and that this was a cashier's mistake. Then I went to the cash desk, but it was closed. I waited, knocked on the cash desk window so they would call the cashier, but no one was there, although other staff were walking around and didn't care. After 15 minutes I went to reception, and they sorted everything out there. In the end, I entered the doctor's office at 14:30. The doctor asked if I had paid, I said yes, and he said to come in. When you leave, they call and ask you to rate the doctor. Today is the second day, and the test results for 35,000 tenge are still not ready, although they promised within a day. When I get the tests, I will follow the treatment method prescribed personally by Doctor Ruslan Battalovich. That's when I'll give a subjective assessment based on the facts.

Yesterday I booked an appointment with a urologist; I had never been to such a specialist before. The doctor examined me quickly.
