Lately I had been suffering from haemorrhoids. At first we thought of going to another clinic, but there, judging by everything, they prescribe surgery to everyone indiscriminately, so based on the reviews we decided to consult Dr Alina Zhumazhanovna. She prescribed treatment, and for a month now I have been taking the medicines and, thank God, I feel well.

We booked an appointment in advance, and since the evening we had not eaten or drunk until 15:30, so that the doctor could examine us and, if necessary, order tests. At the appointed time, no one called us in. We asked the doctor whether she would see us by appointment, but she was sitting with another patient and rudely replied that she had a patient and could not do anything. The administrator said to wait 20 minutes, or maybe more. In the end, we did not get to the appointment, because after that we had an appointment with another doctor in another place. We had come from far away and spent 40 minutes looking for a parking space.

The doctor is rude and so is the administrator. The attitude is unprofessional: if you book people in, then kindly see them at the appointed time. We are not going to sit for hours and wait for Your Majesty to become free. It is mockery — to spend so much time and for nothing. Allow time for the appointment and schedule accurately.

I came for an appointment, the doctor listened to me attentively, asked questions, tried to get to the bottom of my situation and explained everything in detail. Right now I am in a difficult situation: on 16.05.2024 my uterus was removed because of fibroids and endometriosis, and since then I have a bowel movement with a mini-enema and glycerine suppositories, I take laxatives, and I have swelling and cramps in my legs. Because of these symptoms I have become unable to work, and the surgeon who operated on me was rude and sent me packing.
