Patient story
I came for an appointment with the doctor Saysekenova Balzhan on 17.07 2026 with a severe cough, pain in the chest and throat. Right there on the spot I immediately had tests done, and a CT scan was performed.
Liked
The doctor is very attentive, she checked everything and prescribed treatment. Already from the first day after starting treatment it became easier, and as of today the cough has completely gone, although before that I had been coughing for months. Thank you to the doctor and the clinic, I recommend.

I came to the appointment with a delicate problem, and Balzhan Smagulovna performed an examination. I sought a second opinion.
Liked
The doctor is excellent and attentive. Balzhan Smagulovna was very tactful and professional, and gave clear recommendations on what to do. I did not regret seeking a second opinion, because I believe she prescribed treatment more professionally than the first doctor.

The appointment started right away, I didn't have to wait. The doctor examined me attentively, gave clear recommendations, prescribed the necessary treatment and additionally suggested what else could be done. I was prescribed a CT scan, an X-ray and an ultrasound, and as a result they found exactly what was needed.

I attended an appointment with doctor Balzhan Smagulovna, and she prescribed treatment for me. I also underwent all the examinations and tests that she recommended, and at the clinic it took little time.

I really liked that the doctor communicates politely and attentively. She correctly selected the medications, which made me feel better, and my gastrointestinal condition improved. At the clinic everything went professionally and quickly, the examinations and tests were done promptly. I am very grateful to the doctor for the competent treatment and want to say thank you to everyone once again.
