The appointment was with the doctor Saitbekov Kanat Alenovich, during the procedure everything was calmly explained to me and I was prompted on how to breathe correctly, and after the examination my questions were answered in detail.

The appointment was with a gastroenterologist, and I had an OGD.
Disliked
The doctor behaved as if he had done me a favour and deigned to see me for money. I do not advise anyone to consult this specialist. Because of this doctor, my attitude towards the whole clinic has been ruined; I will cancel appointments with a number of other specialists and will look for another medical facility.

The appointment took place at the Sana Medical Centre, where I also had an OGD — the fifth time in my life, and on the whole tolerable.
Liked
I liked Dr Kanat Alenovich: he explained and told me everything in an accessible way, prescribed treatment, and it gave positive results. He performs the OGD procedure very carefully, with a nurse assisting. If I need to have it again, I will go there — previously I had experience at Syzganov and Sunkar.
