Patient story
I came for a consultation with a pulmonologist to rule out bronchitis and laryngitis in my child. Before that we had already been for a consultation and had already cleared the parasites.
Disliked
From the first minutes the doctor behaved rudely and answered questions with mockery. Instead of a pulmonologist's consultation, I listened to moralising about today's mummies, about parasites, bile stasis and constipation, even though I said that we had already been for a consultation and had already cleared the parasites. When I asked whether the child had bronchitis, the doctor mockingly replied: "what kind of question is that, whether there is bronchitis?". I will repeat once again: we came for a consultation with a pulmonologist to rule out bronchitis and laryngitis.

I came for the appointment to get a consultation from a professional.
Disliked
I did not get any concrete help — only advice. Instead of a doctor's prescription, I heard lectures on parenting. I extremely disliked the tone and the manner in which the appointment was conducted.

I came for the appointment, but to get in to see the doctor I had to wait a whole hour.
Disliked
I did not like the doctor's attitude. On top of that, bronchitis was not detected: the doctor said the lungs were clear. And the next day, when I went to my own polyclinic to open a sick note, the district doctor said there were wheezes in the lungs. And I also had to wait an hour to get in for the appointment.

We liked Alla Yuryevna — she takes a very responsible approach to her work: she thoroughly checks all the tests and examines the little one. The treatment she prescribed helped our little one, and we are very grateful and thankful to her for that.

I had to wait 30 minutes for the appointment.

The doctor is very good, friendly and competent, knows their stuff. I would especially note that they talk to the child, and for me that is very important.

The appointment went well, I was very pleased. The doctor asked me about everything, looked at our tests done 1 month apart, and explained everything about them.

I liked that the doctor asked in detail about everything, went through our tests from over 1 month and explained everything. She gave recommendations on which other doctors to see for our diagnosis with additional examinations, and prescribed a course of treatment. Once we have been through it all, I will update the review.
