The appointment with this doctor went like this: they called me half an hour before the appointed time and asked whether the appointment could be moved because the doctor had things to do. The appointment itself began with a misunderstanding — to my remark that the doctor was not wearing a mask, she reacted aggressively. For me this was important, because I had brought a breastfed baby, premature and unvaccinated, to the appointment.

I didn't like that they called half an hour before the appointment and suggested moving it because of the doctor's affairs. It was unpleasant that the appointment began with a misunderstanding: to my remark about the absence of a mask the doctor reacted aggressively, and for me this was important, since I had brought a breastfed, premature, unvaccinated baby. And as a pulmonologist she gave me no consultation at all — the examination was just like a paediatrician's.

I urgently needed a nephrologist, and I was choosing between two specialists. This doctor had more experience, so I booked an appointment with her specifically. We went in for the appointment straight away, there was no one there. The doctor gave prescriptions, but said that the ultrasound scan needed to be done and sent to her on WhatsApp. The next day I sent it, but she didn't even reply. She also referred me for tests, and it turns out that after the tests I'll have to go there again and pay again.

During the appointment some nurse kept knocking, saying a patient was waiting. When a mother wants to find out the reason, hear everything and ask the questions that worry her about her child, she is immediately interrupted. I thought, fine, it's a day off, maybe she'll reply on a working day, but no. Although I asked: tomorrow is a day off, can I send it? She said: yes, send it, and I'll have a look. In the end she didn't reply to the message. She also referred me for tests, and it turns out that after the tests I'll go there again, paying. I didn't like it at all, I don't recommend it.

I came for an appointment, but to get in to see her you need to have a pile of tests. At the appointment she did not prescribe anything for me, only gave me more tests, and those tests take another week to wait for.
