I booked a pelvic ultrasound specifically with the gynaecologist, because that is her speciality, and not just with an ultrasound technician. I arrived on time, but I was told that she is a gynaecologist and does not perform ultrasounds, and I was sent to another one. I waited half an hour in the queue for that other one, as she also sees patients on a walk-in basis.

After an appointment with this doctor, I had to undergo further tests, because she had suspicions of cancer. I was very worried, I had tumour markers tested, and she referred me for a mammogram, even though it is only prescribed from the age of 40. I spent a lot of money, and I was also offered an MRI for 65 thousand. And all this for a young girl. Then I went to another doctor, who had once operated on me for a fibroadenoma, and she said that everything was clear. There isn't even a fibroadenoma.

I am furious with doctors! I spent so much money, so much worry, and in the end everything turned out to be clear. I was prescribed tests that are not needed at my age, and offered an expensive MRI.

I came to the appointment with tests already done, and I still did not get an answer to the issue I came with. The tests were returned to me exactly the same.

The doctor did not answer my question. I was not warned that a separate examination would be charged for, although in other clinics this is included in the cost of the appointment.

I was very disappointed. The tests I was prescribed are essentially unnecessary and unrelated to my problem. I was not given a preliminary diagnosis, and I got no answers to my questions. The doctors just push you into tests. Awful.
