The appointment took place, the doctor listened to me, but did not examine me — he immediately prescribed medicines based on the complaints.
Disliked
An appointment costs 20,000, and for people with disabilities and elderly people on a pension this is unaffordable. There was no examination, he only listened to the complaints and prescribed medicines. If you cannot find the prescribed medicine in a pharmacy and want to ask about another substitute, you have to book an appointment again and pay 20,000 again.

We went to Shashkin because of severe lower back pain. I am a pensioner, a group 3 disabled person, and out of my pension we set aside 20 thousand tenge for the initial consultation. At the first appointment Shashkin prescribed nothing, only sent me for an MRI. A month later, when our turn came up through the portal, we came again. At the second appointment they made us pay another 10 thousand tenge, even though the first time there had been no treatment or medicines. According to the MRI results, I have a hernia of several discs and disc protrusions — that is when the intervertebral discs wear down and bone rubs against bone, causing hellish pain.
Disliked
At the second appointment Shashkin again prescribed no treatment, only sanatorium-resort treatment, paraffin (at my request) and exercise therapy. It became clear that people who are "small" in his eyes with their "insignificant" ailments are of no interest to him; he needs "fat" patients who will immediately fill his purse. Therefore I advise everyone to go to their own polyclinics and be treated by ordinary doctors — for the shashkins we are simply an object for enrichment.
