I could not get a meaningful answer to any of the questions I had. The doctor was in a tired state and ignored some of my questions. The profile unnecessarily lists gastroenterologist, infectious disease specialist, parasitologist, paediatrician. When I went looking for treatment, I saw this kind of situation and was disappointed.

I consulted a doctor because of a questionable test result: the value was 0.3 above normal. I was told that there could be no mistake, that there was an infection in the body, and treatment was prescribed. But the next day I took a PCR test, and it turned out to be negative.
Disliked
Because of this I consider the doctor incompetent: the diagnosis was made prematurely.

After an acute respiratory viral infection, my child's tonsillitis caused a complication, and it spread to the leg — the child was limping. Then the rheumatologist made a prescription, but it did not include an antibiotic, and I had to consult another doctor, where a different treatment was prescribed.
Disliked
The rheumatologist's prescription did not include an antibiotic, because of this I had to go to another doctor for different prescriptions.

I had an appointment with the doctor: I was seen properly, examined, questioned and sent for a CT scan of the lungs. The doctor reacted to the result immediately and promptly, made a diagnosis that had not previously been correctly determined at 1 children's infectious diseases hospital, where I was prescribed unnecessary antibiotics. I was given a referral for hospitalisation where appropriate and given recommendations.

I am satisfied with the appointment: the doctor saw me properly, examined me, questioned me, promptly reacted to the CT result, correctly determined the diagnosis, wrote out a referral for hospitalisation where appropriate and gave recommendations.

I did not like it at all: apart from a referral for an X-ray there was nothing — no treatment recommendations, no treatment itself. One wonders why I paid if there was no consultation as such and no treatment was prescribed. I want the money back.

I had to wait for the appointment for a whole hour, I really did not like that. The doctor did not look at me at all, she mostly wrote something.

The appointment went like this: the doctor examined the child superficially, said only a couple of words, and then spent 15 minutes simply typing in data that she had made up — the child's pulse, temperature and so on, none of which was checked — and a prescription that could simply have been given verbally.

I do not recommend.
