The appointment went like this: at the initial visit the doctor was 20 minutes late, but at the follow-up she came in exactly at 10, although I was worried that I would have to wait again.

The doctor is competent and knowledgeable, she does not impose or offer anything unnecessary. She answers clearly and accessibly. You send the tests via WhatsApp, and she gives recommendations if necessary.
