The appointment went terribly: I paid 18k, and I wasn't given any prescriptions at all.

The doctor seemed to me incompetent and tactless. Instead of treatment I was told — I quote — to lie for 3 days in a hot bath, shut my mouth, stop eating, and it would all go away. It was the most terrible visit to a doctor.

The rooms in the clinic are inconveniently located: the dressing room is far from the surgeon's office, at the other end of the building. From the doctor's office on the 2nd floor you have to go down to the first floor for the dressing, walk along the corridor to the end of the building, and then go back up to the second floor to the dressing room. And what if a patient comes on crutches?
