The appointment was cancelled literally 20 minutes before it was due to start — it turned out the doctor was not there. And yet a day earlier I had received a reminder, they even called and asked me to confirm the visit. I put off all my affairs, travelled from the other end of the city, one could say, rushing off my feet, and was already in the clinic's car park when they called me and informed me that the doctor had been found to be absent.

The service is simply awesome, the work is splendid: they apologised tearfully, clutching at their hearts. The appointment was cancelled 20 minutes beforehand, although a day earlier they had reminded me and asked me to confirm the visit, and I had put off all my affairs and travelled from the other end of the city.
