I booked an appointment with this doctor through the website, but after submitting the request I was called by the clinic's call centre and told that the doctor did not have a consultation day. The child was feeling unwell, so I had to agree to an appointment with another doctor at the same clinic. The doctor we were booked with was 25 minutes late, conducted the appointment in a rush and haphazardly. I asked for prescriptions for two weeks, as we were flying to another country, just to be on the safe side, but the doctor prescribed nothing except a probiotic. Based on the ultrasound results, she said the child was supposedly fine, even though he had severe diarrhoea, vomiting and a high temperature. She also left acute intestinal infection or enteroviral infection as a question mark. When I wrote to the call centre that the doctor was late and that we were charged an amount different from the one stated on the website, the employee started being rude and said: 'you didn't come through the website, you came through the CC.' In the end, the next day we had to go to another clinic, where they made a diagnosis and started treatment — there they said the child had inflammation of the lymph nodes and acute inflammation.

I did not like anything: the clinic listed the doctor's schedule on the website, but in reality the appointment did not take place; the doctor was 25 minutes late, conducted the appointment in a hurry and haphazardly, did not prescribe the necessary medications, although I asked for two weeks' worth because of a trip, and based on the ultrasound said that everything was fine, despite severe diarrhoea, vomiting and a high temperature, leaving acute intestinal infection or enteroviral infection in question. I was also outraged that the payment differed from what was stated on the website, and the call centre employee was rude, stating that we had not come through the website but through the call centre. In the end, we wasted time and money on an appointment that did not help at all, and wasted our nerves on the call centre staff, who do not know how to communicate adequately with patients.
