I have been seeing the psychologist Elmira for about two months. I came to her because of family problems and lack of self-confidence. Before that I was almost in depression, lost myself and did not understand why I was living.

Already after the first appointment I felt better, motivation to work on myself appeared. I realised that the role of a victim is not for me and everything is in my hands. I am very grateful to the psychologist Elmira — she helped solve family problems and problems with self-confidence.
